One file, one double-click — installs and launches Friday automatically, including Ollama in the background.
First time opening it, macOS will warn "Apple could not verify" —
that's normal for any unsigned app, not a problem with this one.
Click Done (not Move to Trash), then go to
System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to where it
mentions the blocked file, and click Open Anyway. Double-click it
one more time and it runs.

Open Terminal (Spotlight → type "Terminal" → Enter), paste this, press Return. It downloads, unzips, and launches Friday completely on its own — including installing its free local AI backend (Ollama) automatically in the background. No other steps, nothing to double-click.
